This is my second attempt at Mr Gervais. Looking back now, I'm not too happy with my
original effort and have made numerous other attempts to capture him but he's a bit of a tricky one.
I think I've come a bit closer to a likeness with this one though.

Mmm - prefer the original if I'm honest, I think it was spot on! Don't think this one works as well.

I suspect your beautiful little baby is making your work life as hard as my 10 month old little doll is. She's so cool but man is it hard to keep producing with her around, especially now that shes walking around. Impressive caricature you've done of her, that's tricky with a baby. Keep it up.
Thanks for the feedback Neil. I've been staring at it ever since I posted it yesterday trying to see how I can tweak it. I know what you mean though. I just wanted to go for a reference photo that didn't have him laughing like a hyena. I've now gone back to the original from three years ago (three years??) and started to rework it as it's a tad disjointed. Watch this space....or not.
David, thanks for your post and for your comments! Amelia is changing so much before our eyes, it makes me want to draw her every week! As for finding the time, most of what I post is drawn in the wee small hours when everyone else is in bed so not much sleep going on I'm afraid.
